Creativity + pragmatism
Employees (especially those in marginalized groups) often engage in invisible and unrecognized labor, and my research goals include identifying these areas of labor in order to make more equitable workplaces. My current research focuses on invisible labor involved in language & communication in the workplace, neurodiversity, and leadership.
